SHIPPING CHARGES:

A) Orders of $70.00 or more: FREE SHIPPING

B) Orders of $35.00 or more: $3.25 Charge.

C) Orders up to $35.00: $6.50 Charge.


PLEASE NOTE: These shipping rates are for the continental USA.
Alaska, Hawaii and all off shore U.S. territories are subject to an additional $17.00 shipping fee.

We ship to APO address for an additional $10 freight cost.

SHIPPING METHOD & TIMING:

We ship your order with the most economical way available. If you need your merchandise at a certain date, please let us know when you place the order (you can leave a comment in the special “Comments / Additional Information” box), and we will accommodate you in the best way possible.


RETURN POLICY:

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase in original carton with all packaging materials, and original purchase receipt. Individual items must not have been opened or damaged.

If damages occurred during shipping, package should be refused or signed for as damaged. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced and return shipping will be paid by www.99centsdollarstore.com.

Defective merchandise must be returned with original packaging. www.99centsdollarstore.com will refund the cost of return shipping.

Upon receipt of your item, www.99centsdollarstore.com will issue a credit less handling fees and the original shipping fees. www.99centsdollarstore.com charges a 15% restocking fee for all non-damaged/non-defective returned items.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in original packaging and in its original condition. Any item returned in non-original packaging, or packaging that has been damaged, disfigured, or otherwise altered will not be refunded and will be discarded.
